Because she knows what is needed when selling a house, she arranged for Harper Woods to do an inspection of my house to get a Certificate of Occupancy and paid the cost of the inspection. Not satisfied with the initial inspection, she arranged for another inspection. Three things need to be fixed. She got a person to take care of 2 of them. I arranged for Flame Furnace to do a furnace inspection. I got an appointment for an evening between 4 pm - 8 pm. Instead of me sitting there for 4 hours waiting to get a call that Flame was coming, Loraine called Flame Furnace and arranged for them to call her when they would be coming and she drove over to my house and let them in. I had already moved to my senior living facility. I reimbursed her for the cost. She also advised me on other things to make selling my house go smoothly.

Loraine was my Realtor in 1987 when I purchased the property I'm selling. I had no hesitation in calling her first to see if she wanted to be the selling Realtor. She accepted. Due to Covid restrictions since I am in the Risk category, she really helped me manage selling the property since I had moved to a senior living property. FYI 1987 closed 12/17 and 2020 closing 12/23

I can't say enough positive things about Loraine. She was a calming voice during a complicated mid-pandemic purchase process. She is a great negotiator, is highly knowledgeable about pitfalls and areas of concern for houses in the GP area, she’s clearly an expert in all the in-and-outs of real estate in the Pointes, she has an extensive network of contractors and technical experts to help step in to assess any situation, and is an all around pleasant and caring person. She exceeded all expectations and is a true professional.
